Granola can be eaten on its own, with Greek yogurt, or any which way, depending on what you prefer! To take it up a notch, why not have peanut butter granola? The best part is that it’s extremely simple to make and the ingredients should be easily available in your kitchen.
Here’s what you will need (Makes four ¼ c servings):
2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. honey
¼ tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. oats

First and foremost, preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Take a cookie sheet and spray it with with non-stick cooking spray. Take a bowl (microwavable) and add the honey and peanut butter to it. Then heat the mixture for about 20 seconds or so, until the peanut butter melts. Once it’s done, stir it, and then add cinnamon and the vanilla extract. Next, add the oats and stir until they are completely blended into the peanut butter mix. Spread the mixture onto the sprayed cookie sheet and let it bake for around 8 minutes. Once it’s slightly browned, your granola is done! All you have to do is let it cool until it’s crunchy, and then dig in.
